Ingredients

1 - 2 tablespoons of Oil

Butter 2 tablespoons

200 grams Button Mushrooms washed & sliced

Curry leaves 8 - 10 washed & finely chopped

1 tablespoon minced garlic 

Water 3 cups or 700ml

1 medium sized Onion chopped

Black Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon

Pink Salt to taste

Cilantro / Coriander leaves for garnish

Quickly rinse the mushrooms under cold running water to remove any dirt.
