Avocado about 250grams

600ml of Water

Full fat Cream about 150ml

2-3 tablespoon of Erythritol

Recipe Step-by-Step


Step-1

Cut the Avocado into half and remove the seed.

Cut the avocado into two long halves by running the knife lengthwise down the center all the way around the avocado.

Scoop the Avocado gently into a bowl with a tablespoon.

Tips

You can substitute SugarHoney, Dates, Brown Sugar, Stevia or any other Sweetener for Erythritol in Avocado Milkshake / Smoothie recipe.

Almond Milk, Coconut Milk, Oat milk or any other Milk of your choice can be used in place of Full Fat Cream.

Instead of a hand blender you can also use a counter top blender or a mixer grinder to make this milkshake.
