Cut
the Avocado into half and remove the seed.

Scoop the Avocado gently into a bowl with a tablespoon.

Tips
You can substitute Sugar, Honey, Dates, Brown Sugar, Stevia or any other Sweetener for Erythritol in Avocado Milkshake / Smoothie recipe.
Almond Milk, Coconut Milk, Oat milk or any other Milk of your choice can be used in place of Full Fat Cream.
